Dr. Margaret Towolawi is a double board‑certified family and lifestyle medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. She founded Nurture Well Center, a Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes lifestyle medicine, patient empowerment, and community‑focused care. Her approach integrates the six pillars of lifestyle medicine—plant‑based nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, positive social connections, and reducing risky substances—to help patients achieve lasting health.
