Dr. Margaret Okonkwo, MD is a board‑certified pediatrician and Functional Medicine ADHD‑certified expert with more than twenty years of clinical experience. She grew up in Virginia Beach, earned her undergraduate degree at The College of William & Mary, and completed her medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Dr. Okonkwo finished her pediatrics residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System (1998‑2001) and subsequently worked in the cardiology department at Jackson Memorial Hospital before serving as a traveling physician in high‑need communities across the country.
