Dr. Marcy Meyer grew up in San Diego, California and earned a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from San Diego State University. She received her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 2004. After medical school she began a career in the U.S. Army, completing postgraduate training as a flight surgeon at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and serving for over 21 years. In 2018 she left the military, founded Net Health Direct Primary Care in Tacoma, Washington and later rebranded it to Destiny Direct Primary Care in University Place. Dr. Meyer is passionate about the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing personalized, relationship‑driven care, and she now focuses on serving women in midlife as a Menopause Society‑certified practitioner.
