Manvinder Kainth

Dr. Manvinder Kainth is a board‑certified family medicine physician who grew up in Canada and has practiced in several states, including Washington, New Hampshire, Texas, and Minnesota. She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2003 and completed a residency in family medicine at Valley Medical Center, an affiliation of the University of Washington, in Seattle. Dr. Kainth moved back to the Dallas area in 2013 to be closer to family and friends and founded Maple Primary Care, a Direct Primary Care practice focused on personalized, preventive care and nutrition. She emphasizes a patient‑centered approach that minimizes unnecessary testing and medication, aiming to make health simple and affordable.
