Dr. Mandy Trevino is a board‑certified family physician and the founder of Mandy Trevino MD, PLLC – a Direct Primary Care practice committed to providing personalized, compassionate, and accessible healthcare to individuals and families in Commerce Township, Michigan and the surrounding areas. With over a decade of experience in family medicine, Dr. Trevino believes in building lasting relationships with her patients and delivering care that emphasizes prevention, trust, and whole‑person wellness. Prior to launching her own practice in 2024, she served as a physician with Ascension Medical Group Genesys and was designated as a Patient‑Centered Medical Home. Her residency training occurred at Wayne State University Family Medicine in Rochester Hills, MI, and at Oakwood Hospital Family Medicine in Wayne, MI, where she also served as Chief of a Geriatric Care Team and participated in graduate medical education leadership.
