AMANDA DEMERITT

Mandy DeMeritt, FNP‑C, is the co‑owner and lead provider at Rincon Health Direct Primary Care in Tucson, AZ. She grew up in South Dakota and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from South Dakota State University. After moving to Tucson in 2008, she gained extensive clinical experience across labor and delivery, cardiovascular ICU, radiology, plastics, hand surgery, and neurology before pursuing graduate education.

She completed a Master of Science in Nursing with honors at the University of Colorado, graduating in 2015. Since then she has focused on family practice, providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. Her approach emphasizes patient‑centered care, open communication (including text and phone access), and eliminating insurance middlemen to deliver affordable, high‑quality health services.
