Dr. Mandy Crow is a board‑certified family practice physician with more than 15 years of experience delivering relationship‑based primary care. She founded aLine Health Direct Primary Care to provide patients in Shreveport‑Bossier and East Texas with longer appointments, direct access via phone or text, and a simple monthly membership that eliminates insurance hassles. Dr. Crow earned her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Louisiana Tech University, followed by her MD from LSU Medical School in Shreveport.
