LYDIA DENNIS

Dr. Lydia Dennis was born and raised in Mississippi and is a southern girl through and through. She attended Mississippi State University and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, then completed a year of DNA research at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. In 1998 she was accepted into the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (now KCUMB) in Kansas City, MO. Her clinical rotations were in Oklahoma City at St. Anthony Hospital and she completed her residency in Family Medicine at Via Christi Family Medicine in Wichita, KS. After a decade in corporate medicine, Dr. Dennis founded Vibrant Life Direct Care in 2019 to provide holistic, relationship‑focused Direct Primary Care, emphasizing patient‑centered care and the DPC model.
