About
Dr. Lori Solomon, MD, MPH, FAAFP, is a Family Medicine physician and the founder of Innovix Medical Direct Primary Care. Born and raised in California, she earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, then attended New York Medical College for her MD and MPH. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at Brown University in Rhode Island. Dr. Solomon is passionate about providing excellent, accessible care to patients of all ages and opened the first Direct Primary Care practice in Westchester County to offer high‑quality, transparent, patient‑centered care. She also serves as Chair of Family & Community Medicine at New York Medical College, where she mentors future physicians and promotes community health initiatives.
