LISA HAMMOND

Lisa Hammond, Nurse Practitioner, is passionate about health and wellness. Her focus is on optimizing hormones, encouraging healthy nutrition habits, and incorporating daily exercise. She advocates for lifestyle changes to improve patients' health and provides a gentle, non‑judgmental approach to care. Her philosophy aligns with Direct Primary Care by emphasizing personalized, continuous relationships, affordable access, and patient‑centered decision making.

Lisa has been in the nursing field since 2001 and earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama in 2012. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and cares for patients across the lifespan, managing both chronic and acute conditions. Outside of work she stays active with snowboarding, hiking, and daily fitness, bringing that energy to her practice and community.
