Lindsay M. Kreps, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, founded Legacy Family Healthcare in 2022 to bring a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model to her community. She believes in treating the whole person rather than just the illness, offering longer appointments, a flat‑fee membership that eliminates insurance paperwork, and on‑site pharmacy services. Kreps’ clinical background spans more than 20 years across ICU, emergency, pediatric, and geriatric settings. She earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Bethel College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus at Chamberlain University. Certified as an advanced practice registered nurse, she leverages her experience to provide comprehensive family medicine, diabetic care, and mental‑health services within the DPC framework.
