About
Dr. Lily Hargrove, a Jersey native, moved to Charlottesville for her residency in 1999. She is known as the "pioneer" of Direct Primary Care (DPC) in the Charlottesville area. Dr. Hargrove worked for UVA and Crozet Family Medicine before starting her solo DPC practice, Ivy Family Medicine, in 2011. She transitioned to a DPC model in 2014, seeking to provide more equitable and affordable healthcare. Dr. Hargrove graduated from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 1996 and has over 25 years of experience in family medicine.
