Lilly Tryon, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, DipACLM, NBC-HWC, ACSM-EP, is a board‑certified family nurse practitioner with more than 35 years of experience in lifestyle medicine and community health. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from Drexel University and a doctorate in lifestyle physiology. At LifeMed Clinic, Lilly embraces a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes long‑term relationships, preventive care, and individualized wellness plans that integrate nutrition, movement, stress management, and evidence‑based lifestyle interventions.
Lilly’s clinical focus includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, thyroid and hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and comprehensive lifestyle coaching. She also serves as a certifying provider with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission and teaches at Southern Adventist University, where she mentors the next generation of clinicians in lifestyle‑focused primary care.
