LEZLI BRASWELL

Dr. Lezli Braswell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Texas A&M University and her M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her Family Medicine residency at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa in San Antonio and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Braswell embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing a personal doctor‑patient relationship, accessible communication, and comprehensive, preventive care that addresses biological, psychological, social, and spiritual health. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with a special affection for individuals with developmental disabilities, and focuses on managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, obesity, ADHD, and mental health concerns.
