As a primary care physician, I love learning about each unique person and working together to find solutions that fit. I try to approach every clinical situation with humility and an open mind. I believe the practice of medicine should be evidence‑based but never one‑size‑fits‑all. My medical interests include anxiety, depression, hypertension, diabetes, menopause, preventive medicine, weight loss, chronic illness, and helping patients navigate the complicated healthcare system. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, practicing yoga, and walking.
