LESLIE KORETZ

Dr. Leslie Koretz grew up on Lake Ontario in Upstate New York, outside of Rochester, NY. She completed her undergraduate degree at The Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA, majoring in Biobehavioral Health with minors in Biology and Neuroscience. She gained early clinical experience as a patient care technician at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Shadyside Hospital in a cardiac step‑down unit. Dr. Koretz earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012 and completed a Family Medicine residency with Mercy Health in Muskegon, MI. She is board‑certified in Family Medicine and founded Koretz Family Health PLLC in 2020, an independent, physician‑owned Direct Primary Care practice in Asheville, NC that emphasizes longer visits, personalized care, and a membership‑based model.
