Dr. Leslee McElrath is a board‑certified family medicine physician who founded Monarch Ideal Care, a direct primary care practice in Fairlawn, Ohio. She believes health care should empower patients rather than overwhelm them, offering un‑rushed appointments and direct access without middlemen. Her DPC philosophy centers on listening to each patient’s body, goals, and challenges, and providing lifestyle‑driven solutions that prioritize nutrition, health coaching, and holistic modalities such as yoga, massage, and mental‑health counseling. She works to make care transparent, affordable, and personalized. Dr. McElrath completed her medical degree at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and a family medicine residency at Wright State University/Dayton Community Hospitals (2014‑2017). She is also a certified health coach and integrates preventive, whole‑person care into her practice.
