With over 18 years of experience in primary care, weight management, and hospital medicine in Albuquerque, Dr. Leena Cherukuri is dedicated to providing comprehensive and patient‑focused care. She completed her residency at the University of New Mexico Family Medicine program in 2009 and is board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She established and led the non‑surgical medical weight‑loss clinic at RUST Presbyterian Medical Services from 2022 to 2025, caring for a diverse range of patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Her vision for FourC Health is to deliver care that is compassionate, convenient, capable, and cost‑effective—values reflected in the practice’s Direct Primary Care model.
