Dr. Larissa Assam, MD, MPH is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician and the Founder & CEO of RopheMD, a Direct Primary Care practice in Silver Spring, MD. Her clinical philosophy centers on providing personalized, concierge‑style care that removes the barriers of traditional insurance‑driven models. Before launching RopheMD, Dr. Assam completed her residency in Family Medicine at Georgetown‑Washington Hospital Center and earned a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She previously worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, which informs her innovative approach to practice management and patient care.
