Landen Green

Dr. Landen Green, born and raised in North Carolina, developed a passion for medicine triggered by his interest in sports. He earned a B.A. in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina Wilmington before attending Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received his D.O. degree in 2018. Dr. Green completed a Family Medicine residency at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital (York, PA) from 2019 to 2022. He is board‑certified in Family Medicine and the founder of Caravel Health DPC, where he practices Direct Primary Care.

Dr. Green’s DPC philosophy centers on building genuine, long‑lasting relationships with patients, bringing the old‑school family medicine approach into a modern, concierge‑style model. He emphasizes evidence‑based care, proper nutrition, hydration, oxygenation, relaxation, and physical activity to support the body’s natural healing processes. By removing insurance barriers, he provides accessible, personalized, and affordable primary care to the Inland Empire community.
