L. Michelle Little

Dr. Michelle Little, an honors graduate from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC (2016), later completed her residency at Floyd Family Medicine in Rome, GA, serving as Chief Resident in 2019. After two years practicing in Calhoun, GA, she co‑founded Dalton's first Direct Primary Care practice, Foundation Direct Family Care. She is passionate about a patient‑centered DPC model that emphasizes longer visits, direct communication, and holistic wellness. Dr. Little has a particular interest in diabetes management, weight management, and overall wellness, and she brings her fluency in Spanish to better serve the community. Outside of medicine she enjoys reading, travel, and non‑running exercise, and lives in Rocky Face, GA with her family.
