About
Dr. Kyle N. Hampton, DO is the founder and owner of Arktos Direct Care. In 2018 he created the practice to offer a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model that emphasizes a small patient census, personalized care, and direct accountability to patients. He believes that traditional primary care has become burdened by long wait times, rushed visits, and insurance-driven constraints, and that DPC provides a better way to deliver high‑quality, affordable health care with flat‑fee membership rates.
Dr. Hampton is a board‑certified family physician who integrates Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and regenerative medicine techniques such as prolotherapy and PRP injections into his practice. His clinical background includes a strong focus on musculoskeletal health, drawing on his love of the outdoors and sports. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in California. He combines family medicine with hands‑on OMT to help patients maintain function, heal naturally, and stay active.
