Dr. Kristin Freeman, M.D. is a board‑certified family medicine and sports medicine physician. Born and raised in Arkansas, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Tulane University in New Orleans and completed her medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine. She pursued postgraduate training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where she completed an internship in family medicine, a residency in family medicine, and a fellowship in sports medicine, serving as chief fellow.

At 121MD, Dr. Freeman embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing easy access to preventive services and same‑day acute care.
