KORI FELDMAN

Dr. Kori Feldman is a licensed, board‑certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her MD from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (Chicago Medical School) and completed her residency at the MacNeal Hospital Family Medicine Residency in Berwyn, IL, the oldest and most renowned family medicine program in the state. During residency she deepened her interest in integrative medicine, working with Dr. Andrew Weil’s program in Tucson, AZ, and a natural‑medicine clinic in Chicago.

In 2008 she opened an integrative family practice in La Grange, IL, and in 2015 launched Vitality Wellness Partners, a functional‑wellness program that teaches patients how to identify and address root‑cause health issues. Recognizing the limitations of insurance‑based care, she transitioned to a Direct Primary Care membership model in 2018, founding Vitality Family Health. The practice emphasizes long‑form visits, comprehensive lab testing, and a collaborative partnership with members to achieve sustainable, whole‑person health.
