KISSI BLACKWELL

Dr. Kissi Rosabel Blackwell, M.D. is a board‑certified family medicine physician and the founder of Clarity Direct Care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2006 and completed her Family Medicine residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in 2009. With nearly 20 years of experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, Dr. Blackwell has witnessed firsthand how traditional healthcare systems create barriers between doctors and patients. In 2014 she returned to her hometown of Wichita Falls, Texas, where she continued practicing in a conventional medical setting.

Dr. Blackwell founded Clarity Direct Care to break free from the limitations of insurance‑based medicine and restore the doctor‑patient relationship. Her mission is to provide accessible, transparent, and personalized healthcare without the hassles of insurance. At Clarity Direct Care patients receive longer appointments, direct access to their physician, and care that prioritizes their needs over billing constraints.
