Dr. Kirsten Lin, MD, is a family physician and co‑founder of Direct Care Physicians of Pittsburgh. She was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area and currently lives in the North Hills with her family. Dr. Lin earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies) from Penn State University and received her M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She completed both her internship and residency in Family Medicine at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital. Dr. Lin practices Direct Primary Care, emphasizing affordable, personalized, and accessible care. She strives to spend ample time with patients, respond quickly to their needs, and coordinate care with specialists, embodying the DPC philosophy of relationship‑focused medicine.
