Kimberly Nalda

Dr. Kimberly Nalda, MD, is the physician‑owner of Rekindle Family Medicine, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Wilmington, DE. She believes the health‑care system is broken and that DPC removes the middle‑man, offering patients direct, affordable, and relationship‑focused primary care. She emphasizes same‑day appointments, extended visit times, and even house calls, aiming to restore the "golden years" of family medicine where the doctor truly knows each patient.

Born in Baltimore, MD, Dr. Nalda earned a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2004. She completed a Family Medicine residency at St. Louis University, where she served as Chief Resident. Her clinical interests include women’s health, mental health, and preventive care. Outside the clinic, she volunteers as a Special Olympics Bocce Ball coach, serves on the worship team at Sycamore Hill Church, and enjoys quilting, crocheting hats for NICU infants, and Broadway music.
