Kicki Searfus

Dr. Kirsten "Kicki" Searfus, MD is a Board Certified Family Physician at Mountain View Family HealthCare in Durango, Colorado. She provides comprehensive primary care from Pediatrics to Geriatrics and has practiced in Durango since 2006. When she joined Mountain View Family HealthCare in 2012, she became part of the Direct Primary Care (DPC) movement, focusing on a personalized, physician‑patient partnership and spending ample time with each patient to address health goals. Dr. Searfus earned her undergraduate degree in Physiology from the University of California, Davis, her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Utah. She spent a decade in academic medicine at the University of California, San Diego and holds a certification in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine.
