Dr. Kenneth Power is a board‑certified family physician with more than 20 years of primary and palliative care experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree in medical sciences and his M.D. from Memorial University of Newfoundland, followed by a family practice residency with a rural‑medicine focus. He is board‑certified in family medicine (and also in hospice and palliative care) and serves as the Medical Director and lead family physician for the WeCare tlc Perrysburg Health & Wellness Center. In his role at WeCare tlc, Dr. Power embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing high‑touch, patient‑centered care that is accessible, coordinated, and free of fee‑for‑service barriers. He believes strong patient‑physician relationships built through in‑person visits and a balanced “medication vs. patient‑centered goals” approach are essential to helping patients achieve lasting health. He integrates preventive medicine, lifestyle counseling, and personalized treatment plans to fit each patient’s unique life and motivations.
