Dr. Kelsey Smith founded Pioneer Health DPC in January 2021 but has been providing high‑quality primary care in Stillwater since 2007. She is a native Oklahoman, trained in Oklahoma, and is passionate about delivering affordable, patient‑centered care through the direct primary care model, which allows her to prioritize both her patients and her own well‑being. Outside of medicine she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, traveling, cooking, and caring for her dogs, cat, and chickens.
