Dr. Kelly Rothe, DO, founded Mountain Medical Arts in 2003 with the goal of creating a Direct Primary Care practice that delivers personalized, comprehensive family medicine. Her clinic integrates allopathic, osteopathic, and evidence‑based integrative approaches, offering in‑house lab testing, nutritional counseling, and behavioral health services to meet each patient’s unique needs.
