KELLY BOTTA

Kelly Botta is a board‑certified Physician Assistant and graduate of Shenandoah University's top‑ranked Physician Assistant program, where she earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She has fifteen years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, with additional background in Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. Her professional interests include preventative care, sports‑medicine conditions, and managing chronic diseases such as hypertension, obesity, and diabetes. Kelly founded Smartypants Medicine in 2020 and serves as the Northern Shenandoah Regional Coordinator for the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is married with three children and enjoys family time, DIY projects, adventure activities, hiking, and fitness.
