Dr. Kelley M. Lobb is a board‑certified family and preventive medicine physician. She is a native of Norman, Oklahoma, and graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Lobb earned her Medical Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where she was awarded Intern of the Year for 2008‑09 and served as Chief Resident from 2010‑2011. After residency she practiced at Mercy Primary Care‑Norman from 2011 until joining Primary Health Partners. Dr. Lobb provides care to patients from age 5 to end‑of‑life and embraces a whole‑person approach, striving to ensure her patients feel heard and unrushed. She is passionate about fostering long‑term relationships and delivering patient‑centered care through the Direct Primary Care model.
