Katie Burden-Greer

Dr. Katie Burden-Greer, MD is double board‑certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at East Central University and her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2011. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where she trained to care for patients of all ages.

After years of practicing in tribal and hospital settings, including serving as Chief of Inpatient Medicine for the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center, she founded Outlaw Medical in Weleetka, Oklahoma. The practice uses a Direct Primary Care model that removes insurance middlemen, giving patients same‑day or next‑day appointments, 30‑60‑minute visits, and 24/7 access by phone, text, or email. She is passionate about personalized, affordable care and helping patients achieve healthy weight through her expertise in obesity medicine.
