Kathryn Fausch

Dr. Kathryn Fausch, also known as Kat Fausch, is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician. She was born in Colorado and raised in Rapid City. Dr. Fausch earned her medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and completed a rural Family Medicine residency at Oregon Health and Science University. She provides full‑spectrum primary care—including wellness, women’s health, gender‑affirming care, and longevity medicine—through a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes ample time, trust, and a personal physician‑patient relationship. Her training includes point‑of‑care ultrasound, sports medicine, obstetrics, emergency and critical care, and wilderness medicine, allowing her to address a wide range of health concerns with a holistic, patient‑centered approach.
