KATHERINE TAYLOR

Dr. Katherine Taylor, MD, PhD, is a family medicine physician at Mind & Body Christian Health Group in Kennesaw, Georgia. She earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in 2014 and completed a residency in family medicine at Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center (2015‑2018). Prior to medicine, she received a BS, MS, and PhD in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and also trained as a licensed massage therapist, giving her a unique perspective on whole‑person health.

At Mind & Body Christian Health Group, Dr. Taylor practices a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes whole‑person medicine—addressing body, mind, and spirit. She believes the best care happens when decisions are made together with patients, listening first to their stories, goals, and concerns. Her DPC philosophy focuses on affordable, accessible care, extended visit times, and building long‑term relationships.

Dr. Taylor is passionate about serving the underserved and envisions developing a mobile clinic to bring care to those who need it most. She combines her love of travel, compassion, and a commitment to holistic health to provide comprehensive family medicine services within the DPC framework.
