Kacie Tisale

Kacie Tisale began her medical career 20 years ago. Her experience spans women’s health in an OB/GYN practice, family medicine, rural health care, and urgent care. In 2014 she expanded into aesthetic and wellness medicine, developing aesthetic programs for multiple practices. In early 2019 she realized a long‑held dream by opening Elan MedSpa, a Direct Primary Care practice that blends conventional family medicine with aesthetic, regenerative, and hormone‑balancing services. Her philosophy emphasizes whole‑person health, integrating mind‑body practices, functional medicine, and personalized care to support wellness, beauty, and healthy aging. When not caring for patients, Kacie enjoys Montana’s outdoors and spends time with her three daughters and family.
