Justine DeCastro

Dr. Justine DeCastro is a board‑certified family medicine physician and the owner and founder of Harborside Healthcare, LLC. She offers a hybrid of on‑site and virtual direct primary care that provides patients with direct access and communication with their physician. Dr. DeCastro completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina in Columbia and earned her medical degree at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She was awarded a Health Professions Scholarship with the United States Air Force and served as a Captain and General Medical Officer at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

In her outpatient practice, Dr. DeCastro provides individualized, evidence‑based care with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee and no third‑party involvement. She emphasizes prevention, chronic disease management, and a holistic approach that addresses mental, physical, and spiritual health. Dr. DeCastro also serves as Medical Director at Curana Health, Supervising Physician for Whole Heart Family Medicine, and is involved with the Kadima Center for Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention, reflecting her commitment to community health and interdisciplinary collaboration.
