JUSTIN WOLFE

Dr. Justin Wolfe, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC is a board‑certified family nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of diverse nursing experience, including roles as an Emergency Room Nurse, Long‑Term Care Nurse, Acute Rehabilitation Nurse Supervisor, Urgent Care Team Lead, Director of Nursing, Director of Case Management, and System Director of Revenue Cycle. He began his nursing career in 2000 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, earned an Associate Degree in Nursing Technology from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith (2005), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University (2017), a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from The George Washington University (2021), and completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Frontier Nursing University in 2023, where he received the DNP Exemplary Project Award for his work improving hypertension management.

At First Primary Care, Dr. Wolfe embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing personalized, uninterrupted care with no insurance barriers, same‑day appointments, and direct communication via phone, text, and video. He is dedicated to building lasting relationships with his patients, providing comprehensive preventive and chronic disease management, and ensuring each member receives the time and attention needed for optimal health outcomes.
