Dr. Dugger graduated from Harding Academy and Harding University before earning his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He completed a residency in family medicine at AHEC Northeast in Jonesboro, Arkansas and has been in private practice in Searcy since 1999.
