Dr. Jonathon Izbicki, DO, is a board‑certified family medicine physician and co‑owner of Izbicki Family Medicine, Erie’s first Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002 and completed a rotating internship and family medicine residency at Saint Vincent Health Center in Erie, PA. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Izbicki combines a strong osteopathic foundation with a commitment to preventive care, women’s health, and chronic disease management.
