Jonathan Pap

Jonathan Pap, CNP, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner at Freedom Family Clinic. He grew up in rural southwest Minnesota and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Wellness from the University of Sioux Falls, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Practice focus from South Dakota State University in Brookings. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and brings extensive experience from Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, Labor & Delivery, Med‑surg, Emergency Room, and Hospice care, providing compassionate, Christ‑centered care across the lifespan.

At Freedom Family Clinic, Jonathan embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing personal relationships, transparent pricing, and unrestricted access to his patients. He believes that managing physical, emotional, and spiritual health together leads to better outcomes, and he offers same‑day appointments, phone, text, and video communication, as well as home visits. Outside of the clinic, Jonathan leads a youth group at his church, coaches junior high basketball, and enjoys farming, outdoor activities, and Christian music, reflecting his commitment to community and family.
