John Wesley Earley

Dr. John Wesley Earley, MD, MBA, is the founder and lead physician of Cornerstone Family Medicine, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Washington, North Carolina. He earned his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed a residency in Family Medicine at ECU Health Medical Center (East Carolina University) in Greenville, NC. Dr. Earley describes his practice philosophy as centered on patient‑first care, eliminating insurance middlemen to provide comprehensive, affordable primary care with no copays, transparent pricing, and direct communication via phone, email, and text. He emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, mental health services, and same‑day appointments, aiming to build long‑term relationships with patients of all ages.

Before establishing Cornerstone Family Medicine in August 2017, Dr. Earley served in both outpatient clinic settings and as a pediatric inpatient service chair and adult hospitalist at Vidant Beaufort Hospital.
