About
Dr. John Vanderloo is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Family Medicine and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Vanderloo believes all individuals should have access to quality healthcare, and he realizes that prevention is key to a healthy lifestyle. He values life at all stages, from conception to natural death. Dr. Vanderloo is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. In addition, he is a Board Member of the Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians, where he has served since 2017 and is currently serving as Secretary. Notably, Dr. Vanderloo is a member of the Mississippi State Medical Association (MSMA) and was named an MSMA Doctor of Distinction in 2018. In 2022, Dr. Vanderloo is the President of the Central Medical Society, the largest component society of the MSMA. In 2018, the Mississippi Business Journal named Dr. Vanderloo as a Healthcare Hero.
