JOHN-PAUL JANSEN

Dr. John‑Paul Jansen grew up in rural Quebec and later moved to the United States for college, attending Christendom College before earning his MD from West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas and began his career as a hospitalist in the Denver metropolitan area, working in several large hospital settings.

In 2017 he and his family relocated to Front Royal, Virginia, initially serving at Winchester Medical Center. Passionate about honest, personalized health care, Dr. Jansen joined his father in founding Fiat Medical in 2022, a Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes long, unhurried appointments, direct communication via phone, email, or text, and a patient‑centered model that removes insurance barriers to provide affordable, high‑quality care.
