JoBeth Augustyniak

Dr. JoBeth Augustyniak was a non-traditional student growing up in a small town in North Central Louisiana. When she met her husband, she was a nanny and a massage therapist and then became a stay‑at‑home mom until her children were both in school. She decided to return to school, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Louisiana Tech University, and received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a Family Medicine residency at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. Dr. Augustyniak’s unique work experiences—including three years as an emergency‑medicine physician and hospitalist—allow her to provide comprehensive family care, urgent care, and preventive services. She is passionate about a Direct Primary Care model that offers longer appointments, same‑day access, and no insurance interference, believing that quality care cannot be delivered in 15‑minute visits.

Outside of clinical work, Dr. Augustyniak serves as an adjunct faculty member and community preceptor for Texoma Medical Center Family Medicine residents. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with her two adult children.
