Dr. Jessica Lapinski, DO, is the founder and sole physician of Outpatient Family Medicine Transformed (OPFMT), a Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes affordable, accessible, and affirming family medicine. She believes that eliminating insurance barriers allows her to spend extended, relationship‑focused appointments with patients, addressing the biological, behavioral, and social determinants of health. Her DPC model provides transparent, flat‑rate memberships that cover visits, labs, and pharmacy services, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care without surprise bills.

Dr. Lapinski earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016 and completed a top‑10 family medicine residency at Duke University, where she served as Education Chief Resident and Population Health Chief Resident and focused on gender‑affirming care. She is board‑certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has completed a fellowship in Primary Care Psychiatry. Her scholarly work includes research on healthcare disparities, multiple conference presentations, and awards such as the AACOM Outstanding Medical Education Research Poster and the AAFP Excellence in Graduate Medical Education award.
