Dr. Jennifer E. Sylvester, MD, is the founder and lead physician of Sylvester Medical Center, a Direct Primary Care practice in Kokomo, Indiana. With a family‑medicine background and more than 20 years of clinical experience, she emphasizes personalized, relationship‑based care that prioritizes prevention, same‑day appointments, and transparent pricing.
