Dr. Jennifer Sult attended Indiana University School of Medicine for her medical education and completed her residency in Family Medicine in South Bend, Indiana. She has returned to her hometown to open Sult Family Medicine, Fulton County's first Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. Dr. Sult’s DPC model removes the insurance middle‑man, offering patients same‑day or next‑day appointments, after‑hours access via phone, text, or video, and discounted labs and medications.
