With over 17 years in acute and chronic care nursing, she transitioned to a Certified Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing locally, spending three years in urgent care treating patients across the lifespan and another three years providing primary care to residents in assisted‑living facilities. Dr. Lombardi is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care, emphasizing continuity, accessibility, and a holistic approach that aligns with Direct Primary Care values.

She is known for her calm presence and supportive demeanor, especially when assisting elderly clients transitioning to assisted living. Outside of work, she enjoys fly‑fishing, hunting, and community involvement, reflecting a commitment to the well‑being of the broader Laramie community.
